- Research in internal systems such as SAP, Parts360, Orchestra to find more details on requested materials
- Coordinate with Engineering/Project in case of unclear specification of materials
- Reach out to existing or new suppliers to identify correct suppliers for such materials
- Send out RFQ to the right suppliers and follow up / chase offer submission
- Ensure all materials are correctly setup in SAP (align with material planning and Engineering)
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on PR process
- Send out PO and follow up with suppliers on Order confirmation
