Responsibilities:
- Manage site preparation projects involving 4G/5G mobile network and Fiber transmission network.
- Carry out sustainability project using solar energy and other green energy sources.
- Liaise and negotiate with building management to gain approval of access and work implementation.
- Manage contractors and vendors to ensure site preparation and equipment deployment meet the project schedule and cost requirement.
- Manage internal stakeholder’s requirement and setup project objective and working procedure for each project request.
- Preparation of project report and updating of project database.
- Verification of project claim and quotation.
- Perform site acceptance to ensure contractor and vendor implement the site according to our requirement.
- Monitor the Workplace Safety and Health related matters of projects.
Job requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Project or Estate Facility Management/Art and Social Science/Sustainability Studies.
- Good application knowledge on using of Excel and Microsoft 365
