Job Responsibilities
· Able to plan, implement and monitor work schedules for all worksites
· Ability to source for suppliers / subcontractors for smooth operation on site
· Independent & able to resolve any technical difficulties & problems that may arise on site
· Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of the project plan at the site.
· Liaison with the relevant parties involved in the project work.
· Prepare site program chart for management review regularly
· Other related duties assigned by the company from time to time
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Building construction
· Experience in Civil Engineering related fields is added advantage
· Possess good communication skills for effective follow-up
· Attention to details
· Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner display maturity and ability to handle stress
· Willingness to learn and progress
· Enthusiastic team player
