Monday to Thursday 6.45am to 3.45pm
Friday 6.45pm am to 3.15pm
Contract Period: 2 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Functions
a.Maintain cleanliness in reception area
b.Manage, prepare and verify relevant documents e.g. maintainand update records, compile statistics, filing anddrafting/replying to correspondences, etc
c.Ad-hoc task as and when assigned by Administration Manger and School Leaders.
2. Reception Duties
a. To manage counter services & enquiries
b. Attend to phone calls
c. Attend to incoming parcels or mails (emails), includingreceiving deliveries and inform or distribute to relevant parties
d. Manage enquiries and liaise with various parties such asparents, teachers, vendors etc.
e. Attend to unwell students at ‘sick bay’ and follow-up with theteacher in charge/parents till they are back to class/home
f. Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc.) and studentsrequiring assistance at the General office.
Job Requirement
- G.C.E ‘O’ Level
- Pleasant, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Knowledge of MS office
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in administration workand customer service.
- Candidates who are trained in First Aid will have an advantage.
