Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a highly-driven individual in developing our company’s expansion effort regionally. He / She will have to work closely with our regional partners in their market expansion effort. This role include planning and executing short and long term sales and marketing strategies in driving the brand’s positioning and market share in the region. He/ She will be reporting to the Managing Director and work closely with our regional partners.
Responsibilities:
Sales / Business Development
· Generate and maintain new regional sales accounts.
· Build rapport and enhance positive relationship with all clients and distributors.
· To plan training for all regional distrubutors’ sales team to equip them with the necessary product knowledge.
· To conduct product and sales training for our regional distributor
· To plan and forecast monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
· To ensure that all sales target are achieve and in line with management expectation.
· To monitor and evaluate competing brands in the region.
· To continuously provide feedback and suggestion to both management and regional partner in ensuring our brand’s competitive advantage.
Marketing
· Plan, lead and execute all regional marketing campaigns (Mass and Social Media)
· Drive both on line and off line campaign
· To have existing network of media partners to collaborate, in ensuring that all campaign are well targeted to the right audience.
· To track performances and report all marketing campaign to the management on a monthly basis.
· Provide timely suggestion and feedback to ensure that all marketing campaign meet management’s expectation.
· To review and work with the budget set by management
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Business or any other related fields.
· Willing to travel.
· At least 6 years’ experience in the FMCG Beauty industry.
· Has long established working experience in the region.
· Has existing network of distributors / clients in the region.
· Has established good will and rapport with media partners in the region.
· Keep up to date with the latest marketing trend in the region ( Digital , mass media and Public Relation)
· Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
· Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high growth environment
