Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation, issuance of invoices credit notes, and refunds
- Monitor and ensure healthy AR ageing report of assigned accounts
- Follow up with collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customers inquiries, including resolving, collection and payments discrepancies
- Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
- Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function
- Assist in annual audits
- Review of customer aging
- To follow up with sales team & customer on the payment settlement of invoices
- Review of new customer application
- Attend weekly sales meeting to discuss on the outstanding invoices with sales team
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant field
