Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the staffing industry across various sectors, including retail, finance, engineering, and healthcare
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations, acting as their primary point of contact
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and stay informed about competitors and industry developments
- Develop and present tailored staffing solutions, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients that demonstrate a deep understanding of their staffing needs
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth
- Lead contract negotiations, handle service agreements, and ensure compliance with client and company requirements
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, such as client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, alignment with client needs, and achievement of business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing or recruitment industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Understanding of the Singapore job market, industry trends, and staffing solutions
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
