Responsibilities:
Involved in one or more teams in supporting and maintaining systems, up and running smoothly
- Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager and in fulfilling SLA and KPI in accordance with maintenance contractual agreement.
- Candidate with strong knowledge or skillset will be considered as Team Lead.
- Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract obligation within budget.
- Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaison with procurement and equipment vendors.
- To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
- To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures, involving fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of software/equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop.
- Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration control and management and obsolescence management.
- Provide solutions to technical problem associate with IT systems.
- Ability to install/configure/backup & recovery/manage/troubleshoot servers (MS Server, VMWare and Linux), clients, storages, SharePoint and network related issues with relevant IT security standards.
- Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.
- Perform 24/7 off-site standby for fault activation after office hours.
- Work location at Ang Mo Kio.
- Required to travel to sites for work.
