· Checking/ records inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
· Keeping the bar, bar area and supplies clean & presentable
· Making recommendations to guests based on your product knowledge and training
· Understanding & learning of various types of beer, wine, liquor and non-alcoholic beverage
· Maintain low wastage levels through good stock management and rotation, accurate recording, training and active monitoring
· Understand & perform Monthly Stock Take
· Engaging customers in small talks and sharing your product knowledge or promote upcoming events or promotions for an overall welcoming experience.
· Knowledge of the menu, beverage as well as merchandise, with the ability to make suggestions and recommendations.
· Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to rectify any problems and report to Manager on Duty if required.
· Handle the POS system
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
