The F&B Service Team Leader supports the Bar Manager to ensure the smooth service operations. He/She is expected to WOW the guest through his/her delivery of exceptional service.
Our Expectations:
- Conduct rollcalls before start of operations to brief Associates on job assignments.
- Resolve guests' complaints
- Lead and supervise a team of F&B Service Ambassadors which includes ensuring that the team adheres to grooming standards and delivers service according to the hotel standards.
- Supervise the table set-up and inspects to ensure adherence to service quality and hygiene standards.
- Check and inspect all Bar facilities and equipment on a regular basis and report any repair and maintenance.
- Perform end day closing and prepare reports
- Comply with all relevant Workplace Safety & Health practices and maintains a safe workplace for all Associates.
- Ensure that the Hotel’s properties and facilities are protected and are kept in good working condition.
- Reports any loss or damage to the Hotel’s properties and facilities promptly and appropriately.
We are looking for a self-motivated Service Team Leader with excellent communication skills. You should be attentive to the guests and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry best practices with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
