We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Operations - Device Management) to join us!
- Work with Product Owner and Product Principals to operate the various endpoint management tools, including:
- Windows Autopilot
- Intune
- Application control
- Scripting and automation
- Work with Central ICT Infra teams to operate the on-prem components of the SSE platform.
- Conduct system health check and proactively identify and troubleshoot issue in end-to-end manner.
- Manage the change, release, incident, problem management processes in ITSM platform.
- Document the requirement and specification to address the needs for all Public Service agencies.
Requirements:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of endpoint management and security using Microsoft 365 tools and services preferred
