Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing.
• Update employee records, such as working hours, leave, and overtime.
• Ensure proper CPF contributions, tax filings, and other deductions.
• Help resolve any payroll issues or questions from employees.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review.
• Assist HR with employee onboarding for salary payment setup.
Job Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Accounting, HR, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with payroll, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
