Responsibilities:
Systems Engineer (UAV or Avionics)
- Design and develop UAV or avionics systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Conduct system architecture analysis and trade-off studies.
- Perform system integration and validation testing to ensure performance and reliability.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while adhering to budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
- Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during system deployment.
- Stay updated with advancements in UAV and avionics technologies.
Firmware Engineer
- Design, develop, and test embedded firmware for UAV or avionics systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
- Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and reliability.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for firmware architecture and functionality.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
- Implement and maintain version control and release management processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in embedded systems.
Electrical Design Engineer
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for UAV or avionics applications.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and conduct simulations to validate designs.
- Select appropriate components and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall designs.
- Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems, analyzing performance data.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of designs, changes, and test results.
- Support manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring quality control.
