Responsibilities:
- Manage fuel farm activities, including fuel loading/unloading and refueller top-ups in Air bases
- Investigate fuel quality issues and discrepancies, providing corrective actions when neccessary
- Approve fuel demand forecasts and manage the supply chain to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure timely housekeeping of equipment and vehicles
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards through audits and operational plans
- Work with customers to clarify contract terms, resolve issues, and prevent recurring complaints
- Lead digital transformation and resource optimisation projects to improve operational efficiency
- Manage team development, approve training roadmaps, and optimise manpower planning
- Oversee budget management, approve financial decisions, and control costs for the department
- Provide regular reports to key stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Operations Management or any related field may apply
- Experience in the military Air Force would have an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
