Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building.
Organize or render assistance for diverse community maintenance functions and take records of activity in maintenance inventory
Carry out on-call emergency activities as necessary
May render assistance in overseeing and managing the maintenance records and supplies
Offer assistance to the community manager or maintenance supervisor on distinct maintenance projects such as preventive maintenance of components of buildings
Work together with other maintenance personnel and management in organizing an essential team that successfully represents the expertise and quality standards of the organization.
Requirements:
1. Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled conditions (heat, cold, outdoors)
2.Take up extra supervisory roles.
3. Willingness to work overtime
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Min 5 Years relevant working experiences
6. Class 3 driving license preferred
