Job Description:
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the full-cycle recruitment process for contract positions in Singapore.
- Understand and clarify talent needs and expectations, developing effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
- Manage contract renewals and replacements efficiently.
- Lead recruitment for internships, coordinating monthly internship engagement events and graduation ceremonies.
- Participate in job fairs to attract top talent in the market.
- Support general HR functions such as operations, compensation and benefits, and talent development processes.
- Provide suggestions to improve HR data management and streamline PowerPoint presentations.
- Utilize various recruitment channels in the most cost-effective manner, including job postings, resume screening, and internal referral updates.
- Assist in the design and drafting of quarterly HR highlights and updates for the HR Newsletter to employees in Singapore.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the engineering, chemical, or water industries.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and manage hiring managers’ expectations.
- Experience in internship recruitment and building networks with universities and polytechnics.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology, including PowerPoint presentations, Visier, and Workday.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently and effectively.

Job Details:
- Salary Range: Up to $4,500 (based on qualifications and experience)
- Contract Duration: 1-Year (with potential for renewal)
