Responsibilities:
- Assist in office facilities and maintenance requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up with vendor/ contactors on work progress;
- Undertake and oversee office renovation projects and work with various vendors/ contractors to ensure completion;
- Assist in enhancing office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and safety equipment’s procurement;
- Recommend any improvements to reduce cost or increase efficiency of the facilities services;
- Responsible in the general office management like yearly carpet and office cleaning service
- Assist with Building Management FSM to conduct and coordinate fire drill - CERT exercise
- Support Production and Engineering departments on facilities maintenance, not limited to yearly disposal of expired chemical and damaged equipment under the compliance procedure
- Track and update planned preventive maintenance schedule. Manage quarterly/ yearly renewal and compliance of necessary building and facilities permits and inspections
- Organize and maintain proper facilities management documentation and records
- Provide Office Admin support
Requirements:
- GCE ‘0’ Level or above
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
- Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
- Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items
- Responsible, committed and independent
- Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
- Basic salary commensurate with experience
