Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Planning of M&E Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Implement and ensure QC plan
• Inspection and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.
• To carry out inspection/ trade demo/ material testing / mock-up
• To verify VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (M&E)
• Attend to M&E materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
• To update M&E progress with scheduling tools.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline
• Relevant qualification of certificates in Mechanical & Electrical discipline
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant local experience.
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
• Preferably completed QM project
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Good knowledge of M&E specs and BCA quality requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
