Role Overview
- High-potential salesperson with a focus on robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- HUNTER role for sales and pre-sales, targeting Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Healthcare industries.
- Responsible for lead generation, customer relationship building, and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans.
- Prospect for leads across multiple channels and industries.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
- Prepare proposals and tenders.
- Conduct product demos and manage proof of concepts (POCs).
- Achieve sales targets and meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Use CRM to manage customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market, competitors, and new products.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of disruptive technologies (robotics, IoT, automation).
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and healthcare.
- Strong business and financial acumen, project management skills, and strategic planning ability.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- 5+ years of sales and partnership management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to HUNT for new opportunities.
- Prior experience or network in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG, Healthcare, or Retail industries.
- Open-minded, innovative, and flexible in sales tactics.
