Role Description:
As the Airline Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with airline partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that enhance our platform’s offerings and deliver value to both our users and airline partners. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our business objectives with the needs and goals of our airline partners.
Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the travel or airline industry. Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships and successful negotiations.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and deriving actionable insights. Experience with data-driven decision-making.
· In-depth understanding of the travel and airline industry, including market trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Familiarity with CRM systems, travel reservation platforms, and data analytics tools.
· Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must. Additional fluency in other languages in a plus.
