ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans male restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs, including replacing light bulbs.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Complete the other tasks assigned from HR manager and General manager.
- Perform handyman duties as required.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum high school certificate
- Passion for customer service and service excellence
- Loves hygiene and tidiness of homes
- Strong teamwork and responsibility in duty.
- Prior Office cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Willingness to work in an office in Singapore
- Regular working hours from 10 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to perform handyman tasks, including lifting and minor repairs
