*Job responsibility:*
-Assist in developing quality control processes
-Assist in overseeing the quality of inbound, in process and outbound processes
-Assist in developing strategies to improve the quality systems and processes
-Assist in designing, implementing and improving the organisation's quality standards
-Assist in reviewing processes to ensure systems and processes are aligned with current trend
-Assist in overseeing and performing analytical studies for internal and external quality related issues
-Assist in investigating and handling customer complaints
-Assist in evaluating supplier's key performance indexes base
-Assist in ensuring outcome of the Quality Department's key performance indexes are met on a monthly basis to remunerate outcome-based executives
*Job requirement:*
-Bilingual in English and Filipino, required to liaise with customers in the Philippines
-QA-related Job experience is an advantage
-A bachelor's qualification is required
