Job description:
- Manage Project governance compliance in alignment with bank internal standards.
- Prepare Memos, SOWs and other Contracts, request and follow up on PR/PO, GR creation and invoicing activities
- Responsible for Onboarding/ Off boarding and Asset Allocation trackers
- Prepare monthly resource list and Org Chart
Key Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Good and proven experience of Project support activities is essential for this role
- Have done budgeting/financial planning and Onboarding/ Offboarding
- Experience in managing the different stakeholders with diverse background
- Expert skills in Excel (including Formulas), MS Power Point
