Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our properties
- Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of our properties
- Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans
- Review, formulate and develop strategies to ensure optimal and effective management of our properties
- Carry out budget planning and monitoring, and manage cost control measures
- Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs
- Drive company culture and initiatives to the site team
- Ensure the contractors / vendors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract requirements
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Preferably with Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field
