Recruitment Operations Executive

The Recruitment Operations Executive shall play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless conversion of tech recruitment requirements into project revenue. This position involves managing the flow of job descriptions from client projects, coordinating the allocation of these requirements to recruitment consultants, and overseeing the entire process until successful hirings are made and revenues are generated. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:


Collation of Job Descriptions:

  • Collect and organize all job descriptions received from client projects across various geographies.
  • Ensure that job descriptions are complete, accurate, and updated in the internal system.

Preparation of Consolidated Reports:

  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive report detailing all job descriptions across different regions.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of job openings, ensuring visibility across all geographies.

Review and Allocation of Requirements:

  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants to review and allocate job descriptions based on their expertise and availability.
  • Monitor the progress of assigned requirements to ensure timely and effective fulfilment.

Governance of Recruitment Status:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of job requirements from initial receipt to successful hiring and revenue generation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the recruitment process, including time-to-fill and conversion rates.

Revenue Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the finance team to monitor revenues generated from successful transactions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all revenue-related activities within the end-to-end process.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment-to-revenue cycle.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline operations and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within a recruitment or HR or finance environment.
  • Ability to collate/analyse data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the tech recruitment landscape and its unique challenges is desired but not mandatory.
