About the Role:
- Execute digital programs under Solutioning Team under Restructured Digital Solutions
- Manage and support Ops BUs in engagement with clients on tech deployment matters
- Collaborate with Remote Operations Centre in establishing standard work flows in managing CMMS or Smart FM processes after office hours
- Collaborate with Smart FM/IoT Team to build use-cases for project deployment
- Establish and develop features and apps under Smart FM framework to meet client expectations
- Planning and developing low-code solutions to bridge Smart FM gaps
- Apply global data standards for FM service trade
- Work with Ops BUs to identify tech projects to collaborate with
- Meet all project timelines specified by Project Leaders
- Support other digital solution functions as and when required
- Any other instructions from senior management
About You:
- Diploma / Degree in Smart FM / Building / Automation or Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
