Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join our clients team. The successful candidate will design, configure, maintain and support the end user computing systems of our client . The position requires both technical and interpersonal skills and ability to translate customer requirements to design solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, test, configure, maintain and support the end user computing systems
• Participate in designing technical architecture and standards for the desktop platform
• Champion the adoption of design standards and guidelines for desktop platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with the desktop platform
• Monitor and improve desktop computing performance to ensure a positive user experience
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of the desktop platform
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for desktop platform technology solutions
• Participate in vendor projects and assist in the implementation of new technologies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver optimal solutions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Expert level understanding of Windows desktop OS, Mac OS and software deployment tools
• Experienced with end user.
