- Hardware troubleshooting & diagnosing and repairing.
- Identifying and providing software solutioning.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Providing timely, accurate and satisfactory customer feedback.
- Providing internal technical support.
- Possess elementary training skill for customer. (Hardware & Software)
- Possess elementary Sales skill. (Hardware, Ribbon & Software)
Other Preferred Skills
- Computer literacy
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associates
Experience, Qualification & Education Requirements
- Minimum ITE or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in technical support function
