Overview
As the Human Resources Director for a leading fintech company with a payment license, you will play a strategic role in driving our people's strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term HR strategies that support the company's growth and business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for all levels of the organization, with a focus on attracting top talent in the fintech industry.
- Implement effective talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly those related to the payment license.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement and manage HR information systems to streamline HR processes and improve data analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly in the fintech and payment processing industries.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
