Morgan McKinley is hiring a Call Center Representative- Banking to join the team for a 12 months contract with possibility to extend or to go permanent!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls related to account servicing, product inquiries, and help desk requests, as well as provide support for campaigns.
- Follow through on case handling and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Ensure compliance with group standards and control regulations in the execution of customers' inquiries and transaction requests.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for both the bank and customers' information.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Shift Hours:
- 8.5 hours/day (8 AM-1:30 AM) with a 1-hour meal break.
- The work week is 5 days (including weekends), with non-consecutive off days.
