Account Executive

Majeton Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Provide support during internal and external audits. Includes but not limit to in preparing audit schedules, gathering required documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.
  • Maintain proficiency in accounting standards, regulations, and industry developments. Pursue ongoing professional growth.

2. Administrative:

  • Manage claim reports.
  • Answer phones and emails efficiently.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, ERP accounting system).
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
