- Lead the staff team in providing excellent services
- Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty salon including opening and closing procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers
- Account for and report profits and expenses of the salon
- Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports
- Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Accept to work late in special occasion and move quickly to accomplish multiple tasks
