We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to join our Operations team. The Operations Executive oversees the outsourced operational functions and ensures that daily operations run smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and appoint Vendors for FM services to support Centres operations.
- Work closely with Term Contractors in delivering an operational Centre to the Services.
- Promptly support Centres’ requests for service, rectification, and any other concerns.
- Conduct checks on the quality of services provided by vendors.
- Assist in managing office space, seating arrangement, telephone lines, storage, etc.
- Support the HQ office with sourcing and procurement.
- Manage and maintain Office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- System administration such as e-procurement system, access control and CCTV systems.
Requirements
- Proven track record in handling vendors and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team player, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and service oriented.
