Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for processing/approving of Retail Operations Parameter Maintenance service requests
· Ensure day-to-day parameter maintenance service requests are promptly & accurately authorized and processed within agreed SLA
· Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to review and seek clarifications on parameter change requirement to ensure timely implementation
· Perform EOD reconciliations and support investigations on parameters related production incidents when necessary
· Perform key custodian activities such as token uploads, pinpad injection, renewal of system encryption keys and passwords
· Responsible for regular and ad-hoc information for management reporting and monitoring of parameter maintenance service requests
· Develop and maintain procedures and manuals for Retail Operations Parameter maintenance
· Proactive and seek opportunities to improve service processes, minimize operational risk and reduce costs
· Responsible for Audit and Internal control matters, ensure all key controls are in place
· Cross train and cover other team members when necessary
· Responsible to provide department administrative support such as user access administration, fixed assets management, purchase requisition, etc when necessary
