- Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders.
- Prepare letters.
- To check the beneficiary nomination updates performed by the team
- members and update the error tracking file.
- To make photocopies of the processed assignment documents for sending to assignees, assignors, servicing Reps and for archival purpose
