Job Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all administrative and finance matters of the church branch office.
Support the church branch office in the following
· Editing the weekly Sunday bulletin in Chinese.
· Circulation of the bulletin through social media for members
· Preparation of weekly hymns slides used for Sunday Service.
· Work closely with the pastoral and management team to support the running of the office.
· Submission of staff and members’ claims to the church treasurer.
· Procurement of admin related resources such as stationary, paper etc so as to support the church operations
· Update of church member details in the CRM
· Handle calls/emails/walk-ins enquiries regarding the church services
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels with at least B4 in English and credit in a second language (Chinese)
• Preferably some experience in an administrative role but is also open to applicants new to this role and is willing to learn
• positive towards learning new skills on the job
• Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different culture and languages
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity in compliance to church PDPA
• Proficient in MSOffice Applications and the typing of Chinese character
