Job Scope
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve IT technical issues
• Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
• Do small-scale planning on end-user devices deployment
• Assist with the co-ordination in administration matters such as proposal preparation, project documentation and the facilitation of project meetings.
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project
• Min 1 - 2 years of related experience
• Nitec in IT or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
