The primary responsibility of the Engineering Marketing Communications (MarCom) Executive is to contribute to the success of our Marketing Communications initiatives by leveraging engineering expertise to create content to addresses customer pain points.
This includes research industry-related topics, produce high-quality technical-based content and application images that satisfies points, handle content marketing projects/campaigns to support the company’s Global branding and regional marketing communications strategy, and drives leads and maximize the impact of Marcom activities.
DUTIES
- Leveraging AI-powered tools, produce written and visual technical marketing content for different channels to reach key audiences. Content types include but not limited to use cases, comparison charts, brochures, website landing pages, guides, how-to presentation and video tutorials.
- Conduct research or interviews with customers/in-house engineers to gather information, data, and audience insights; and synthesizing complex topics into engaging and informative written pieces.
- Work collaboratively with engineers to coordinate, prepare and build demo systems, aiming to deepen understanding and facilitate the creation of compelling written and visual contents that highlights product features or use case benefits.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications Team to support different communication initiatives with compelling contents to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.
- Incorporate feedback from project owners, stakeholders, or clients to refine and iterate contents until they meet desired specifications and vision.
- Handle global product launches coordination.
- Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.
REQUIREMENT
- Diplomas/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- Some years of work experience; preferably as a technical marketing in a related industry.
- Experience in making complex topics accessible and engaging to multiple audiences.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; able to efficiently undertake projects simultaneously and to approach all assignments with a marketing perspective.
- Good collaboration and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally; a good team player in a dynamic organization, especially in multi-cultural teams.
- Experience working in Multinational Corporation and handling projects with a diverse group of members locally and remotely.
- IT Savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages is a plus (Python, Java, etc.)
- Experience in SEO writing and digital marketing preferred.
