- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)
- Working Location: Singapore (Central-East Area) [Fully Onsite: no WFH]

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing Technical Support (Troubleshooting, Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiries, etc.) via Phone, Email, Chat or Ticketing System for Hardware, Software, Network or Application-related issues, fulfilling SLAs.
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentations relating to support processes, troubleshooting procedures, answers to FAQs, etc.
- Working collaboratively with other teams within the organization for complex technical issues, to improve service quality, etc.
- Involve in new products’ features, functionality & reliability testing, enhancements, bug fixes, etc.
- Supporting new customers during the onboarding processes by providing guidance, training and assistance to help them better understand products’ features, configurations and best practices
[Customers are usually IT System Integrator organizations]
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have at least 2 – 3 years of relevant technical support (i.e.: maintenance and/or administering) working experiences with any (or some) of the following Network Security Products: Checkpoint, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, BeyondTrust, NetIQ, Sailpoint, Okta, OT NetIQ.
- Has working knowledge with TCP/ IP, OSI Layer, Network Security, Internet, DNS, Network Routing & Switches, and Common Networking Protocols
- Comfortable and able to provide stand-by support (i.e.: after office hours, including weekends and public holidays), usually on a rotating basis among team members
