A leading company in the field of scrubber systems (remove harmful materials from industrial exhaust gases before they are released into the environment) are hiring for a Japanese speaking Sales Executive to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
- Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan and with customers.
- Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
- Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
- Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
- Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
- Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.
Job Requirements：
- Degree/ Diploma holder
- Good command of written and spoken of English and Japanese (To liaise with HQ and Japanese customers)
- Mandarin speaking will be required to liaise with China counterparts
- Responsible and Independent.
- Positive thinker and self-motivation.
- Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and power Point.
