Service Centre Counter Customer Service Officer (S$2400, mobile: S$30) 2 HCs
Role Description
- Responsible for manning walk-in counter at the service centre
- Checking of equipment sent in or returned to customers
- Recording all defects and fault reported accurately into system
- Assist to troubleshoot where applicable for common issues that can be user resolved
- Facilitate parts or consumables sale to customers
- Preparation of invoices and collection of payments
- Banking in of collections with Finance department
- Contact customers when required
- Liason with Call Centre for tickets handling
- Faciliate machines to deposit into store for repair works
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reconciliation accounts relating to payment received and commerical billings
- Posses pleasant personality and enjoy interacting with customers and deliver good customer service and experience
- Follow established processes of all equipment movements, recording and tracking between counter and store
Role Requirement
- Minimum O Level or above or 3 years relevant working experience
- Able to write and communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Able to lift equipment of up to 15kg when required
