Job Responsibilities:
The candidate is required to perform the following tasks:
· Post advertisement to recruit participants for a psychology research study on the organization’s social media and/or other modes.
· Schedule and conduct a virtual briefing with interested personnel to (a) brief them of the study protocol, (b) obtain their consent to take part in the research study, (c) schedule sessions for the trials, and (d) request and ensure the completion of an online questionnaire.
· Send out reminder emails/texts to participants a few days prior to their trial.
· Perform trial scheduling of participants.
· Monitor trial status and update/liaise with team members who are involved in the trials.
· Document the trial status and details.
· Perform trial debrief after the participant has completed the trial.
· Assist in the reimbursement processes for participants.
· Obtain payment acknowledgment from participants once reimbursement process is completed.
· Any other ad hoc work relating to the project.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate should be JC/Poly/University graduates.
· No prior experience is required, but experience in project work, recruiting research participants, and scheduling tasks is a plus.
· Must have strong communication skills.
· Able to work in fast pace and changing environment.
