POSITION SUMMARY
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service.
- To provide supervision assistance where and when necessary in the Store.
- To take an active role in maximizing sales – individual vs store sales target.
- Maintain inventory integrity – minimise stock losses & insure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and own full accountability of store Beauty Sales target (with key focus in Fine Fragrance unit target) alongside Store Manager.
- Ensure Fragrance retail associates in the store demonstrate and practice high quality of Fine Fragrance selling behaviour.
- Connect with customers and determine their needs.
- Ability to identify customers' fragrance profiles, personalities, and preference.
- Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behaviour (including product demonstration).
- Empower the customers through fragrance matching and fitting, teaching them how to use their VS fragrance.
- Achieve sales objectives by engaging customers in Fragrance, through cross-selling from Lingerie and recruitment of new customers.
- Attract new VS Fragrance customers.
- Express a passion for Fragrances.
- Inspire customers with expertise on fragrance trends and knowledge.
- Attend seasonal training seminars and/or digital learning modules.
