The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our finance operations, ensuring that our financial processes are not only efficient but also compliant with the highest standards. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Finance Operations:
You will be responsible for managing finance operations at our HQ and providing essential support to the finance teams across our group entities. Your role will ensure that all financial transactions are processed smoothly and in alignment with our operational goals.

Financial Reporting:
Leading the charge in group financial reporting, you will ensure that all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are completed on time. This includes overseeing HQ’s financial closing and group consolidation, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal control procedures.

Budget Support:
You will assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, providing critical insights and analysis on budget variances. Your analytical skills will be key in helping the organization stay on track with its financial goals.

Audit and Tax Compliance:
Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing and supporting financial and tax audits, including corporate tax, GST, and withholding tax. You will ensure that all operations comply with local and international tax regulations, safeguarding the company’s financial integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from different departments and geographic locations to gather financial data and ensure the smooth operation of financial processes. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively will be essential.

Process Improvement:
We value innovation and efficiency, and we expect you to drive continuous process improvements by streamlining workflows, implementing finance systems, and enforcing policies and internal control procedures.

Collaboration with External Stakeholders:
As the point of contact for external stakeholders, including auditors, tax service providers, and banks, you will represent TD Connex in all financial matters, ensuring our external relationships are managed with professionalism and accuracy.

Location & Travel:

This role is based at the company's headquarter in Singapore and requires occasional travel (approximately 60% to 70% per month) to our manufacturing plants in India and China.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant: Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) designation is an advantage.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with Big 4 audit firms is highly preferred.
  • Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of accounting experience, demonstrating strong expertise in financial reporting, audit, and compliance.

If you are passionate about finance, have a strong background in financial management, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization, we would love to hear from you.
