- Working Location: Singapore (Central-East Area) [Fully Onsite: no WFH]

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing technical implementation (i.e.: deployment, installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, post-deployment support, etc.) of Cybersecurity Products (e.g.: Checkpoint, Thales, etc.)
- Offering post-implementation technical support services and resolving technical issues that arises, if any
- Providing product trainings to customers/ partners and other internal teams
- Providing
- Upskilling yourself by obtaining related/ relevant technical certifications for the products you are handled, as and when required to
- Other related technical duties, as assigned (e.g.: product feature clarifications, tender compliances, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have at least 2 – 3 years of relevant technical support (i.e.: implementation or deployment) working experiences with any (or some) of the following Network Security Products: Checkpoint, Thales, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, BeyondTrust, NetIQ, Sailpoint, Okta, OT NetIQ.
- Familiar troubleshooting of network and system related issues (e.g.: routing, NAT, VLAN, Multicast, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, AD, LDAP, RADIUS, SNMP, Syslog, SMTP, TLS, SSH, etc.)
- Good understanding with Infrastructures such as Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/ IPS, Web-Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS, Azure, Google cloud, DevOps/ DevSecOps, Privilege Account Security, Identify Access Management, Endpoint Security, CyberArk Conjur, etc.
- Comfortable and able to provide stand-by support (i.e.: after office hours, including weekends and public holidays), usually on a rotating basis among team members
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have:
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSE, CCSM, Thales, Cyberark CDE, Trellix, ArcSight ESM, ArcSight Logger, ITOM, SailPoint, CISSP, CREST, OSCP, etc.
- Familiar with scripting and programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
