- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and messaging across various channels and platforms.
- Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, email templates, digital ads, infographics, and presentations, that engage and resonate with our target audience.
- Develop brand guidelines, style guides, and design templates to ensure consistency and coherence across all visual communications and touchpoints.
- Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials, that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of visual designs into digital products and platforms, and provide guidance and support throughout the design implementation process.
- Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into our design process to continuously innovate and improve our visual designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, and prioritize tasks based on business goals and deadlines.
- Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from internal and external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand design requirements, gather feedback and iterate on designs to meet project objectives and user needs.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to team initiatives and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a tech company, digital agency, or creative studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various mediums and platforms, including digital, print, and brand identity.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for design, technology, and innovation, with a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in visual storytelling.
