- Oversee the entire Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Department, managing all functions from policy implementation to employee transitions.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, development, and performance management initiatives.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR and Admin policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Spearhead process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Offer advisory support to all departments and Senior Management on HR matters.
- Manage office administration, including maintenance, leasing, equipment, supplies, and vendor relations.
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned by Senior Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, multitasking, and ability to perform well under pressure.
