JOB SUMMARY
Manages security/loss prevention operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include protection and safety of property, associates and guests. Response to all incident, accident involving guest and associate, workplace safety and health and fire prevention. Ensures that all areas of the property are safe and secure. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety and Security
· Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure working environment
· Follow property’s standard operation procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters)
· Report all work related incidents and accidents, or other injuries immediately to manager/supervisor
· Maintain awareness and report of any undesirable persons or activities on property premises
· Identify and report all unsafe work procedures or conditions to Supervisor/Manager
· Follow Hazardous Material Management Program procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals, fertilizer, pesticides, blood borne pathogens, etc., including using Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
· Use correct personal protective equipment (PPE) in the appropriate manner, and employ safe work procedures to prevent injury
· Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks
Policies and Procedures
· Protect the privacy and security of guests and associates
· Maintain and uphold confidentiality of proprietary materials, data and information
· Follow company and department policies and procedures
· Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures
· Ensure personal hygiene and uniform is cleaned. Wear nametag and ensure personal appearance are in compliance with company policies and procedures
· Perform other reasonable job duties as and when assigned by Supervisor/Manager/Management
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational /Academic Requirements: O Levels School, Diploma or Equivalent in any discipline
Experience : At least 1 year of administrative support experience
