- Responsible for the monthly progress claim submission.
- Coordinate with the site team to get the necessary documentation to facilitate the claim.
- Day to day monitoring on the site progress in order to control the budget.
- Follow up for the monthly claim certification from the client.
- Responsible for the timely submission.
- Communicate with the management time to time to control the sub-contractors cost estimates.
- Responsible for negotiations with the subcontractors before engage them, make sure the budget is well monitored and maintained.
- Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
- Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
- Fully involve in the tender process and should be responsible to verify the contract documents are in place.
- Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
