You will be supporting the Business Office within SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). You will ensure timely and accurate inpatient billing to patient accounts, and the submission of claims to third party payers. You will administer the Medifund claim and disbursement process according to established policies, procedures and internal controls. You are expected to provide professional customer service to enquiries, feedback and explanation on hospital policies and Medisave regulations. You will also collaborate with other teams on programmes and activities that will contribute to the department’s growth and development.
Job Requirements:
- Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A level with 2 years’ working experience preferably in the Billing function within the Finance department
- Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
- A team player, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Have a genuine interest in customer service and able to respond to enquiries and feedback from patients/next-of-kins in a courteous and professional manner
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
